Station 01 / parts list

What goes into a site

The same list is walked through on every project. Each part carries a code, and the same codes appear again in the parts lists on the pricing page. The six most important rows are below, and the full list is on the pricing page.

A free website and findability review

Before you buy anything, you can ask for a free review of your current site. The answer arrives in writing by email and commits you to nothing.

Station 02 / visibility

What GEO actually means in this work

GEO, meaning visibility in AI search, is six concrete technical choices rather than a marketing word. These six are done on every project, including the smallest one.

G-01

Content arrives ready from the server

The text sits in static HTML that the server returns as it is. Not every search engine or AI bot runs JavaScript reliably, so the important content is delivered in finished HTML instead of being drawn later in the browser.

G-02

One topic per section

The heading hierarchy runs in order, h1, h2, h3, and each section answers one question. That way a quotable answer can be pinned to a single place on the page.

G-03

Paragraphs of two to three sentences

A short paragraph is easier to quote whole than half a page of solid text. The same shape also works for a person skimming on a phone.

G-04

Specific figures, not vague claims

Prices, timelines, language counts and response times are written as numbers. A vague claim does not end up in an answer, but an exact figure does.

G-05

Schema and llms.txt on every project

Schema.org markup is written for each page separately according to its own topic, not for the home page alone, and an llms.txt is written for every client project. These are technical hygiene and they make a page more readable by machines. Neither one is proven to guarantee that an AI cites the page more often.

G-06

Content is kept current

Content is kept up to date: prices, examples and copy are checked regularly and are not left to go stale. On a monthly plan this is a fixed part of the service.

What does not belong here: a promise of a particular position in an AI answer. The same question produces a different answer practically every time, so a position can neither be guaranteed nor reliably measured. What can be done is to build the site so that it is machine readable, and that is exactly these six points.

GEO · how an answer engine sees a company

Illustrative example

Without GEO work

Who builds websites for small businesses in Helsinki?

There are several web agencies operating in the Helsinki area. I cannot find reliable information about the prices or timelines of individual companies. I recommend checking the companies' own websites.

  • Prices only behind a contact form
  • No structured data
  • The company is not named

With GEO in place

Who builds websites for small businesses in Helsinki?

Luellux builds websites, SEO and GEO for service businesses in Helsinki. Prices are 900-6500 euros depending on scope and the timeline is 3-8 weeks.

  • Prices written as text on the page
  • ProfessionalService/LocalBusiness JSON-LD
  • Headings shaped as questions

The example above is illustrative, not a live search. Nobody can guarantee what an AI answers. What we can guarantee is that the information is on the site in machine readable form.

Tell me what needs building

One message is enough to get started. Below are exactly the details that get you back a proposal for the package, the price and the timeline.

Write a few lines about what your company does, whether a site already exists and when the new one needs to be live. The reply usually arrives the same working day and includes a suggested package and price before anything is built.

The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. After it you know what a site would cost in your case, how long it would take and what is needed from you along the way.

We use the same set of gauges on client work as we do here. If a number does not survive a check after launch, the fault is ours, not the gauge's.
