How much does a website cost?
A Luellux website costs 900 to 6 500 euros depending on the scope of the project. Starter is 900 to 1 500 euros, Studio 2 500 to 3 500 euros and Premium 4 500 to 6 500 euros.
Finnish VAT of 25.5 % is added on top, and projects are invoiced in one to three instalments. The full price list with its parts catalogue is on the pricing page.
Who builds websites in Helsinki?
Luellux is a one-person web studio based in Helsinki that builds websites, search engine optimisation and AI search visibility for service businesses.

How long does a website project take?
Starter is usually finished in 1.5 to 2 weeks, Studio in 3 to 4 weeks and Premium in 5 to 7 weeks.
The clock starts from the moment the texts and images are available. Waiting for them is the most common single reason a project runs over, which is why on Studio and Premium the texts can be written for you.
What is GEO, or generative engine optimisation?
GEO means building a site so that an AI search can lift an answer from it. It is not a separate tool but a way of writing and marking up content.
In practice it is six technical choices: the content is returned as static HTML, the heading hierarchy is clear, paragraphs run to two or three sentences, facts are named numbers, every page carries its own schema markup and the project gets an llms.txt file. All six are opened up in the second section of this page.
How does a site show up in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
AI search reads the text a site's server returns as finished HTML. Not every bot runs JavaScript reliably, so the most important content is delivered ready-made in the HTML.
A position in an AI answer cannot be guaranteed or reliably measured, because the same question produces a different answer practically every time. What can be done is to make sure the site is in a readable form at the moment a machine reads it.
How do I know whether my website is slow?
Measure the server's HTML response time, the time the server takes to return the page's HTML response. On finished Luellux sites it is 0.2 to 0.6 seconds.
The second figure worth checking is the HTML size of the home page. A light hand written page is about 15 kilobytes, one made with a page builder often several times that. Both figures are shown on the case cards on the Our work page.
How do I know whether my site can be found in a search engine?
Check three things: does the site have a sitemap.xml, is indexing allowed in robots.txt, and does every page have its own canonical address and a descriptive title.
If the site is multilingual, check the hreflang tags as well. Without them the language versions compete against each other for the same search result, which is the most common mistake on multilingual sites.
What does the free website review include?
The review goes through six points: the structure and heading hierarchy, the HTML response time and the size of the home page, the schema markup, the sitemap and the robots.txt file, the hreflang tags, and whether the content is in a machine readable form.
You then get three concrete fixes in order of priority. The review is done by a human by hand, not by an automatic tool, and it is free even when you order nothing. You can send the request from the pricing page. If you only want to know whether your business shows up in AI, there is a separate free GEO check.
Is GEO included in every package?
Yes. The GEO groundwork is included in every project without a separate charge, under the code B-03 in the parts list.
Larger packages simply get more of the work, and on the monthly SEO and GEO plan it continues month by month at 320 euros per month.
Who owns the site when it is finished?
You do. The domain and the site are registered in your company's name, and you receive the credentials at handover.
The care agreement is separate and can be ended after three months without the site ceasing to work.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
Yes. Care at 180 euros per month covers updates, backups, SSL certificate renewals and uptime monitoring.
SEO and GEO at 320 euros per month also includes a monthly article, Google Business Profile updates and continued GEO work. Both have a three month minimum.
Can the site be built in more than one language?
Yes, and every language has its own URLs. The Virtalaki site was built in four languages, Finnish, English, Spanish and Swedish, and Agha KL in four languages across 32 addresses.
The language versions are tied to each other with hreflang tags so a search engine knows which version to show to whom. The same structure runs on this site in Finnish, English and Spanish.

How GEO is done in practice
In this work GEO is six technical choices and one honest limit. Every point can be checked on a finished site, including this one.
Content arrives ready-made from the server
The text sits in static HTML that the server returns as it is. Not all search and AI crawlers run JavaScript reliably, so the most important content is delivered ready-made in the HTML rather than drawn afterwards in the browser.
One topic per section
Headings run in order, h1, h2 and h3, and each section answers one question. That way the passage to be quoted can be narrowed to one place on the page without guesswork.
Paragraphs of two to three sentences
A short paragraph is easier to quote whole than half a page of solid text. Every answer on this page is written to exactly that length.
Specific figures, not vague claims
Prices, timelines, language counts and response times are written as numbers. For comparison: 0.2 seconds is a number, fast is an opinion.
Schema on every page, and llms.txt
Schema.org markup is written separately for every page according to its own subject: FAQPage for this page, OfferCatalog for the pricing page and CollectionPage for the Our work page. Every client project also gets an llms.txt file, the same file Luellux has for itself. These are technical hygiene. Neither one is a proven guarantee that an AI cites the page more often.
Content is kept current
Content is kept up to date: prices, examples and texts are checked on a regular basis rather than left to go stale. The content work in the monthly plan exists for exactly this reason.
And now the honest limit. Luellux does not promise or measure a position in AI answers. The same question produces a different answer practically every time, so nobody can promise a place on a list. What can be promised is that the six points above are done on every project, and that they can be checked on the finished site.
